and Sonnies Spider Wrap ($300000 package). Great show with the 7’ tall and 9’ overhead
Belanger neon lights (tunnel is so stuffed w/equipment have a set of neons left over). Lube
all cleaned painted new tile floor w/ PC’s & E-lube software
new customer counter, 8 tanks w/pumps and heads etc. fully stocked w/oil air & oil filters.
Self Service bay equipment everything has been gone through and either repaired or
replaced. New hogs hair brushes broom handles hoses in bays. Have ready to install bill
acceptors for bays w/plenty of spare parts. 3 changers and plenty of vendors.
Needs- Exterior facial panels painted, wanted to add graphics of silhouettes of ball players
seal coat and re-line driveway add more coin-op vacuums uni-mac washer and possibly
dryer. Will appraised $1.7+M.
